sausage and peppers

Ingredients sausage and peppers


1 packages Sausage (Your Choice)
1 each yellow and red bell pepper
1 red or yellow onion
2 clove garlic
1 cup marinara sauce
1 salt and pepper

how to make sausage and peppers


Grill sausage to approximately 90% doneness. Slice and set aside.


Saute onions and peppers.


Add garlic. Saute 30 seconds.


Add sausage. Add salt and pepper. Saute. Add marinara.


Reduce sauce. 5 minutes. Serve


Variations; Dried spices, Toasted sesame dressing, apple cider vinegar, balsamic, mustard, beef stock, poblano, jalapeno, squash, potato, salsa. Try roasting bell peppers instead!
