Ingredients chicken udon with garlic ginger sauce
Sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp rice vinegar
3 clove minced garlic
1 tbsp fresh minced ginger
2 tsp sesame oil
Udon and chicken
1 14.2 package of udon noodles
8 oz of boneless skinless chicken breast small cube
2 cup baby bok choy
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/8 tsp salt
how to make chicken udon with garlic ginger sauce
Mix all the sauce ingredients and set aside.
In skillet on medium heat, add teaspoon oil and brown chicken.
Add bok choy and sauce, turn heat to low and cover.
Simmer until bok choy is wilted but retains a mildly crisp texture, this takes just a few minutes.
Add udon, stir and heat through.

I added a handful of pre cut crinkle carrot chips with cooking chicken. Added chow mein noodles to serve on top to serve. It was delicious!!
