chicken bombs

Ingredients chicken bombs


5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
20 slice bacon
5 sliced jalepenos
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup monteray-jack or cheddar cheese shredded
4 oz cream cheese
1 salt & pepper to taste

how to make chicken bombs


Slice chicken breasts in half. ( like a hamburger bun)


Mix the two cheeses together and spread about 1 TBS in between the two half's.


Place desired amount of jalapeƱo slices over cheese mixture.


Season to taste


Put chicken halves together.


Wrap each bomb with bacon slices


Set oven to 375 .


Baste bombs periodically with BBQ sauce until chicken and bacon is thoroughly cooked. Don't do this too early or the sauce will burn.
