Ingredients pork chops with apples


4 Bone in pork chop
2 tbsp Veg oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 medium Onions
1 large Green apple
1 large Red apple
2 tbsp Honey mustard
1 tbsp Brown sugar

how to make pork chops with apples


In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil on each side


Season with salt and pepper; remove and keep warm


In the same skillet, sauté onions and apple wedges until crisp-tender


Combine mustard and brown sugar; brush over chops


Return to the skillet; cook for 4 min or until juices run clear
