buttery herbed potatoes

Ingredients buttery herbed potatoes


2 lb Yellow potatoes (peeled)
1 tsp dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
2 tbsp EVOO
1/2 stick unsalted butter (melted)

how to make buttery herbed potatoes


Preheat oven to 400°F.


Peel, cube and rinse the potatoes and put them in a 9×7 baking pan (I used stainless steel). Pour all the rest of the ingredients over the potatoes and give them a good stir to coat.


Put foil over potatoes nice and tight then place potatoes on the top rack. Cook for 40 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
