Ingredients healthy meal replacement shake
1 tbsp Wheat bran
1 tbsp Oat bran
1 tbsp Flaxseed
1 banana
1/2 cup strawberries cherries mango or pineapple
1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1/4 cup orange juice
how to make healthy meal replacement shake
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on smoothie-puree setting. Add bran and flaxseed in the bottom of the blender first so they get mixed in well. Add 4-5 ice cubes to keep drink chilled. For a veggie fiber pick up, add a cup of arugala, spinch or kale and lessen the amount of fruit to taste. Tart cherries compliment the veggie taste well. Makes about 20 oz serving. Keeps me full for about 6.5 hours.
