Ingredients zucchini parmesan 5 cup marinara sauce 1 packages spaghetti noodles 3 eggs beaten 2 large zucchinis sliced not too thick yet not too thin 1 cup italian bread crumbs 1 1/2 cup olive oil 1 cup parmesean cheese and shredded mozzeraella how to make zucchini parmesan preheat oven 450 dip zucchini in egg mixture then bread crumbs them add to a baking sheet drizzled with olive oil bake 10 min each side till golden cook spaghetti once done baking. line a 9×9 baking dish with spaghetti sauce layer zucchini then cheeses then repeat till all done bake 350 20 min . cover with foil. top over spaghetti and more sauce add Basil or more cheese. serve with a salad and a crispy baguette

apple pie bites

Ingredients apple pie bites 1/2 cup sugar 2 tbsp cinnamon 1 packages pie crust 2 tbsp melted butter 2 apples. peeled & cut into 8 slices each glaze - optional 1/2 cup icing sugar 2 tbsp lemon juice or water how to make apple pie bites present oven 425 lightly flour surface and roll out each pie crust until flat and even brush each pie crust with melted butter and top with cinnamon sugar mix cut each crust into 8 strips. Top each one with apple slice and roll (sugar side in). place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. brush with remaining butter and cinnamon sugar. bake for 13-15 minutes

easy chicken carbonara

Ingredients easy chicken carbonara 2 tbsp Olive oil 2 clove Garlic 1 lb Chicken breast 1 Chopped red onion 1 cup Vegetable of your choice 1/4 cup Oscar Meyer pre-cooked bacon pieces 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp Black pepper 1/4 cup Milk or cream 8 oz Cooked pasta of your choice how to make easy chicken carbonara Chop chicken into bite size pieces Heat oil in pan and sautée 1 clove garlic for one minute. Add chicken and cook through. Set aside. Using remaining oil, sautée 1 clove garlic and onion until onion is almost clear. Add vegetables and sautée until cooked through. Add chicken and seasonings. Heat milk/cream with mixture for one minute. In large bowl or pot (I use the pot I cooked the pasta in), add chicken mixture, Parmesan cheese, and bacon. Mix well as serve immediately.
