1 tbsp splenda
1 tbsp corn meal
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 medium chopped onion
1/2 cup milk
2 cup cooking oil

shape in large or small patties
refrigerate patties for 1hour
heat skillet and oil to medium high
fry each patty in oil till golden brown
serve with a dab of sour cream
