moms mushrooms risotto

Ingredients moms mushrooms risotto


40 grams dry mushrooms
400 grams rice
1 shallot
100 ml dry white wine
700 ml chicken broth
1 salt
1 parmesan cheese (grated)

how to make moms mushrooms risotto


Put the mushroom in a bowl full of water util they are soft (~15 minutes)


Chop the shallot


Put oil in a pot and add the shallot. Cook until it takes a golden colour


Add the mushrooms (filter the water and keep it)


Add the rice and stirr. Add the wine.


When the wine is evaporated add the water and the salt.


Keep on adding broth until the rice is cooked.


Add Parmesan, stir and serve!
