Ingredients breakfast cookies healthy
1 1/2 cup Oats
2 1/2 each Super Ripe Bananas
1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1/2 cup Craisins or dried fruit of your choice (OPTIONAL)
1 dash Cinnamon (add to taste)
1 pinch Light Brown Sugar to the tops of each
1 dash Vanilla Extract

Preheat oven to 350*F
Mix everything together in a medium bowl
Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets
Bake about 35 minutes
