Ingredients vickys no bake energy bombs gluten dairy egg soy free
75 grams gluten-free rolled oats
5 tbsp ground flaxseed
20 grams dessicated coconut
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
4 tbsp honey maple syrup or agave nectar
6 tbsp nut or seed butter (peanut butter sunbutter etc I have a recipe for sunflower seed butter posted)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional extras
6 tbsp chopped nuts seeds choc chips dried fruits etc

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix the wet together in another
Add the dry to the wet and combine well with your hands
Divide the mixture and form into small balls with your hands. You should get 16 - 18
Keep in a lidded container in the fridge for as long as they last!
