Ingredients vickys coconut banana freezer fudge gluten dairy egg soy free
130 grams coconut butter (see link below for a recipe)
1 large ripe banana
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp sunflower butter (see link below for a recipe)
1 1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp sea salt

Throw everything in a blender and puree smooth
Scrape into some ice cube trays and freeze for an hour
Pop out and serve!
