Ingredients sopita de estrellas


2 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil of choice
1 packages 7.05 bag of Estrellas pasta
1/2 Onion sliced as you prefer
2 tbsp Knorr chicken bullion
1 can 8oz tomato sauce
4 cup water

how to make sopita de estrellas


In a 3 quart pot, heat your oil over medium high heat


Add your onions and pasta and cook until onions are translucent and pasta are golden. About 3 minutes.


Sprinkle bullion over onions and pasta and stir.


Immeadiately pour in tomato sauce and stir.


Add water and bring to a rolling boil for 2 minutes.


Reduce to a simmer until pasta are cooked.


Serve with quesadillas or warm tortillas.
