4 Potatoes
1 packages Shredded Carrots
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 packages Shredded Carrots
1/2 tsp Salt

Wash and peel potatoes, slice evenly to ensure even cooking.
Heat olive oil in frying pan.
Toss potatoes with garlic.
Place potatoes in frying pan and cook until each side is golden brown. You may need to add more oil as you go.
When potatoes are finished, remove from the pan and begin to fry the carrots. These are thin and cook fast so be sure to not burn them.
Lastly, add carrots to potatoes and add salt to taste. Enjoy!
