Ingredients chicken and dumpling casserole 2 Chicken breasts (cooked and shredded) 2 cup chicken broth 1/2 stick of butter 2 cup bisquick 2 cup whole milk 1 can cream of chicken soup 3 tsp chicken granules 1/2 tsp dried sage 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp of salt how to make chicken and dumpling casserole Preheat oven to 350°F Layer 1: In a 9 x 13 casserole dish, melt 1/2 stick of butter. Spread shredded chicken over butter. Sprinkle black pepper and sage over this layer. Do not stir! Layer 2: In a small bowl, milk and bisquick. Slowly pour all over chicken. Do not stir! Layer 3: In a medium bowl whisk together 2 cups of chicken broth, chicken granules and soup. Once blended pour over the bisquick layer. Do not stir! Bake casserole for 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown

Ingredients chicken udon with garlic ginger sauce Sauce 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 2 tbsp rice vinegar 3 clove minced garlic 1 tbsp fresh minced ginger 2 tsp sesame oil Udon and chicken 1 14.2 package of udon noodles 8 oz of boneless skinless chicken breast small cube 2 cup baby bok choy 1 tsp vegetable oil 1/8 tsp salt how to make chicken udon with garlic ginger sauce Mix all the sauce ingredients and set aside. In skillet on medium heat, add teaspoon oil and brown chicken. Add bok choy and sauce, turn heat to low and cover. Simmer until bok choy is wilted but retains a mildly crisp texture, this takes just a few minutes. Add udon, stir and heat through. Enjoy this fast delicious meal! Ingredients chicken bombs 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts 20 slice bacon 5 sliced jalepenos 1 cup BBQ sauce 1 cup monteray-jack or cheddar cheese shredded 4 oz cream cheese 1 salt & pepper to taste how to make chicken bombs Slice chicken breasts in half. ( like a hamburger bun) Mix the two cheeses together and spread about 1 TBS in between the two half's. Place desired amount of jalapeño slices over cheese mixture. Season to taste Put chicken halves together. Wrap each bomb with bacon slices Set oven to 375 . Baste bombs periodically with BBQ sauce until chicken and bacon is thoroughly cooked. Don't do this too early or the sauce will burn.
