Ingredients salmon with scallion and ginger
2 large salmon fillet or salmon head
1 cup scallion or spring onion
8 slice thinly ginger
1 tbsp each of sesame oil and vegetables oil
sauce
1/2 cup shaoxing wine
1 tbsp white vineger
2 tbsp light soy sauce
thickening
1/4 cup of 1 tsp cornstach mix with 4tbsp water
how to make salmon with scallion and ginger
with sesame oil pan fry salmon with ginger till fragrant about 5 to 10 minute on each side depending on thickness and size
Then Add in the sauce and spring onion into pan bring to a boil
put thickening and shake pan coating salmon for half a minute and off heat
