Ingredients red velvet white chocolate chip cookie


cookies
1 box red velvet cake mix
8 oz cool whip thawed
1 packages white chocolate chips
1 egg beaten
1 powdered sugar. enough to coat cookies
1 parchment paper lined cookie sheets.

how to make red velvet white chocolate chip cookie


Set oven to 350.


In a large bowl mix the dry cake mix, egg, and cool whip together.


Mix in white chocolate chips.


Scoop dough into 1 or 2 teaspoon balls.


Roll balls in powdered sugar.


Place cookie dough on parchment paper lined cookie sheets about 2 inches apart.


Bake in oven for 16 minutes.


Once done, let cool on wire racks. Makes about 40 cookies.
