Ingredients rays cinnamon roll breakfast casserole


1 cinnamon roll container
2 cup tator tots cooked
6 eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup melted butter
6 slice of Cooked bacon
topping:
1 cup syrup
1/2 cup chopped pecans

how to make rays cinnamon roll breakfast casserole


preheat oven to 375


melt butter add to a casserole dish. unwrap cinnamon rolls and sparingly cut & layer bottom dish.


dice & cook bacon,drain set aside. I cooked tator tots in left over bacon grease for about 5 minutes. drain & set aside.


scramble eggs add in heavy cream, salt & pepper to taste.


now assemble add bacon, tator tots, egg mixture. add chopped pecans & syrup on top bake uncovers 35-40 minutes


heat cream cheese tube lightly that comes with rolls and drizzle on top..
