Ingredients rads chicken ginger


Chicken Marinate
1 kg chicken boneless
1 thumb size ginger
5 garlic cloves
15 grams coriander chopped
1 cup yoghurt
4 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp Red chili powder
frying
2 onion chopped finely
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp red chilli flakes
1/4 cup coconut milk
2 Green chillllies finely chopped for garnish
1 Fresh coriander finely chopped for garnish
1 fresh ginger finely striped for garnish
1/2 cup water

how to make rads chicken ginger


In a food processor finely chop .


Mix the chopped ingredients with lime juice and yoghurt. Add chili powder. Mix well and then add the chicken to the marinade.


Put the chicken in the fridge for 1/2 hour.


Chop the onion in the food processer and then fry it until it is soft.


Add


After frying for a minute add the chicken.


Cook the chicken until it changes the colour and separate from oil. Keep stirring.


Add coconut milk and half cup water. Cover with a lid and cook for almost 20 minutes.


Garnish with.


Ready to serve with rice or naan.
