Ingredients quinoa bites
2 cup Quinoa cooked
2 large eggs
1 cup Shredded carrot
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 diced green onion
2 garlic cloves chopped
how to make quinoa bites
preheat oven to 350°F.
mix all ingredients in a bowl.
grease a mini muffin pan and fill to the top with quinoa mixture. bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
