Ingredients quick easy pasta sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small diced onion
3 large tomatoes chopped
4 oz mushrooms sliced
2 garlic cloves minced
1 fresh basil torn
1 salt & pepper to taste
how to make quick easy pasta sauce
Heat saute pan add olive oil
Cook onion a few minutes add garlic & tomatoes, saute 5 minutes add mushrooms. Cook 5 - 10 min. Season with salt & pepper. Add basil, reason if needed.
