Ingredients pumpkin cheesecake bars
1 package pound cake mix
3 eggs
2 tbsp margarine or butter melted
4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 package cream cheese softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can pumpkin
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large mixer bowl, on low speed, combine cake mix, one egg, and two teaspoons pumpkin pie spice until crumbly. Press onto the bottom of a 15×10-inch jellyroll pan.
In a large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk, then remaining two eggs, pumpkin, remaining pumpkin pie spice, and salt; mix well. Pour over crust, sprinkle with nuts. Bake 30-35 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill; cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.
