pepperjack chicken

Ingredients pepperjack chicken


1 red bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
3 skinless/boneless chicken breasts
2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
12 slice pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
3/4 cup italian dressing

how to make pepperjack chicken


preheat oven to 375


slice the peppers into quarters and clean out the seeds.


cover chicken breasts with Italian dressing and bread crumbs and bake in large dish for 15 min.


add the peppers and bake for an additional 10 min.


then cover everything in a thick layer of mozz cheese then on top of that cover with pepper jack cheese and bake for an additional 10-15 min.
