Ingredients pasta shrimp tomato spinach


3/4 cup Butter
1/2 cup Chicken Broth or White Wine
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Parsley Oregano and Basil
1 jar Sun-dried Tomatoes
1 lb peeled Shrimp
1 head Spinach or Kale
1/4 tsp minced Garlic
1 jar sliced Mushrooms
1/4 cup Olive Oil

how to make pasta shrimp tomato spinach


Melt Butter anspd saute Mushrooms and Garlic, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.


Add Broth, Lemon juice, Parsley, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Basil, Oregano, Olive Oil and Shrimp. Simmer until cooked. Add Spinach or Kale right before serving.
