Tuna Wraps
2 can 5 oz White Tuna In Water [drained]
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Finely Minced Celery With Leaves
1/3 cup White Onions [fine chop]
1/3 cup Vlassic Pickles [fine chop]
3 tbsp Fine Chopped Sun Dried Tomatoes
1 tbsp Fresh Green Onions [tops only]
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley [chopped]
1/4 tsp White Pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Celery Salt
1/4 tsp Dried Dill
4 large Bib Lettuce Leaves [washed & dried]
1 dash Sea Salt
1 dash Dried Parsley

how to make mikes low carb tuna lettuce wraps


Mix all ingredients except for lettuce, dried parsley and sea salt and chill for 30 minutes.


Choose fresh, crisp, intact and sturdy lettuce leaves only.


Gently wash and dry lettuce leaves.


Fill leaves with tuna mixture and lightly garnish with dried parsley and sea salt, not table salt.
