Ingredients low cholesterol mac cheese
3 cup macaroni noodles
Base mixture
2 cup skim milk
1/3 cup liquid egg whites
Bechamel sauce
2 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp flour
2 cup skim milk
4 oz extra old cheddar
Topping
1/2 cup bread crums
4 oz extra old cheddar

Boil water and start cooking noodles
Preheat oven at 375°F
Melt the margarine in a small sauce pan
Wisk in flour
Wisk in milk gradually
Keep stirring at medium heat until sauce thickens
Mix in cheese until melted, then reduce heat to minimum
Mix egg whites with milk in a bowl with a fork
Pour noodles in casserole dish
Pour base mixture on top and mix in with noodles
Pour bechamel sauce evenly on top
Top with crumbled cheese
Sprinkle with bread crumbs
Bake for 20min
