Ingredients kalbasa potatoes carrots and onions


1 lb kalbasa sliced
6 large russet potatoes diced
3 large carrots peeled and sliced
1 large onion chopped
2 clove garlic minced
1 tbsp sun dried tomatoes diced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Jamaican Jerk season
1 tsp thyme
salt and pepper

how to make kalbasa potatoes carrots and onions


Preheat oven to 400


Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.


Spread mixed ingredients onto a glass casserole dish and cover with aluminum foil.


Bake for 1/2 hour.


Remove aluminum and stir. Place back into oven for 1/2 hour stirring after 15 minutes.


Remove and enjoy!
