jennys spinach balls

Ingredients jennys spinach balls


2 each 10 oz. packages of frozen spinach thawed.
1 cup Parmesan cheese firmly packed.
2 cup Pepperidge Farm Herb stuffing mix crushed.
1/2 cup Butter melted.
4 each Green Onions chopped.
3 each Eggs
1 dash Nutmeg optional.

how to make jennys spinach balls


Preheat oven to 350°. Thaw and drain spinach well.


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix thoroughly.


Shape into one inch balls.


Place balls on an ungreased baking sheet, and cook for 10-15 mins.


Serve with Dijon Mustard.
