jalapeno popper dip

Ingredients jalapeno popper dip


4 oz can diced jalapenos well drained
8 oz package cream cheese(room temp)
1 cup sour cream
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
4 tbsp butter(melted)
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese(for topping)
1 tbsp dried parsley

how to make jalapeno popper dip


preheat oven to 350°F


mix cream cheese and sour cream in a medium bowl


add cheddar cheese, 3/4 cup parmesan cheese and diced jalapenos. Mix well


spread mixture evenly in an 8x8 baking dish


in a separate bowl, blend melted butter, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and parsley until crumbly


sprinkle crumb topping evenly over cream cheese mixture


bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until topping is golden brown


serve with crackers or tortilla chips
