Ingredients hoisin baked chicken
MARINATE
2 large drum stick
1 cup hoisin sauce
6 small desseded red chili
garnish
1 cup spring onion
how to make hoisin baked chicken
cut chicken to bite size then marinate in hoisin sauce e for 10 minute
bake in oven at 200 C for 15 turnover for another 15 minute till cooked
drain then serve on spring onion
