hawaiian rolls

Ingredients hawaiian rolls


pineapple juice water salt yeast
2 cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp active dry yeast
6 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp salt
3 each eggs
1/4 cup warm water
2/3 cup sugar

how to make hawaiian rolls


Mix yeast, eggs, salt, sugar, pineapple juice and water together.


Slowly add in flour. Knead . Save 1/2 cup flour for later. Should be kind of sticky to touch. Cover with warm rag and let rise for 1 hour.


Knead again for about 10 minutes adding in rest of flour.


Roll into balls and place in buttered pan.


Cover and let rise again for another hour.


Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes till golden brown.
