grilled tilapia

Ingredients grilled tilapia


fish
4 tilapia
4 tbsp butter
1 lemon juice
1 salt and pepper

how to make grilled tilapia


Preheat grill


Lay 4 pieces of amuminum foil out, spray with nonstick spray, lay fish on foil, add salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon of butter (per fish), squirt with lemon juice


Wrap aluminum foil around fish, making little envelopes.


When grill is hot, lay fish packets around outer edge of grill, allow to cook 12-15 minutes
