1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
1 tbsp honey (optional)
1 cup corn oil

put all ingredients in blender or food processor; blend until well mixed
