corn casserole


Ingredients corn casserole


1 can Whole kernel corn drained
1 can Cream style corn undrained
2 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick Butter melted
2 Eggs beaten
6 oz Sour cream
1 Salt & White Pepper to taste
1 oz Milk if mixture seems too dry (but does not need to be over wet)

how to make corn casserole


Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.

Spray a 9x9 glass dish with Pam & pour in corn mixture.

Bake in a 325°F oven for 40 minutes.

You man need to tent with foil 1/2 - 3/4 way through baking to prevent the top from getting too dark.

Let rest for 5 min before serving.
