1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup
1 1/3 cup water
3/4 cup uncooked rice
2 cup fresh or frozen vegetables
1/2 tsp onion powder
3 skinless boneless chicken breast
1/2 cup cheddar cheese

how to make campbells cheesy chicken and rice casserole


Stir the soup, water, rice, vegetables, and onion powder in a 12 x 8 in shallow baking dish.


Top with chicken. Season chicken as desired. Cover.


Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or until done. Top with cheese.
