buffalo chicken pasta

Ingredients buffalo chicken pasta


1 box penne pasta
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 lb chicken diced
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp Frank's Hot Sauce
1 cup mayo (can use light mayo)
1/2 cup Ranch
3/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles

how to make buffalo chicken pasta


Cook pasta according to package


Seasoned chicken with salt, pepper garlic and paprika in a ziplock bag shake. heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium- high heat and cook chicken for about 5 minutes or until thoroughly cooked then Add Frank's


In a small bowl combine mayo, ranch and milk and mix (you can add alittle more Frank's if you want it to be spicier. Add mixture to chicken cook til heated.


Combine the pasta and sauce and top with blue cheese crumbles or mozzarella
