Ingredients brocolli mac and cheese


16 oz elbow macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar
3 cup milk
1 cup colby/jack
1/4 cup butter
2 1/2 tbsp flour
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion flakes
2 tsp sugar
8 oz velveeta
8 oz frozen broccoli

how to make brocolli mac and cheese


Prepare elbow macaroni per box instructions


Melt butter in pan and add flour to make a rue


Slowly add milk to rue and allow to thicken


Add cheeses and melt


Add seasonings


Poor macaroni into baking dish and cover with cheese sauce


Add broccoli and stir


Bake for 25 minutes and then sprinkle with any shredded cheese desired and bake for 10 more minutes
