1 green pepper
4 carrots peeled and cut however you choose to eat them
1 bottle of Krafts Zesty Italian Dressing
1 salt
1 pepper
1 Pan
1 Foil

Preheat oven to 350º


Spread the onions on the bottom of the glass pan


Hit the onions with some salt and pepper


Line the chicken in the pan skin side up so it all fits evenly


Sprinkle pepper on the skin of the chicken so it has a better taste when its done


Toss the rest of the vegetables in


Pour the Italian dressing over everything evenly


Cover with foil for 45min if chicken is defrosted.


Take foil off and brown the skin by putting the oven setting on broil for a few minutes.


Put over rice and serve
