baked shells

Ingredients baked shells


1 box large pasta shells
1 lb ground turkey
1 packages fresh baby spinach
1 large White onion diced
1 shredded parmesan
1 cup shredded cheese -pizza blend
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
2 jars of marinara sauce
1 packages cream cheese

how to make baked shells


Preheat oven to 375°F


Boil shells to almost done. Then drain.


Brown the ground turkey with minced garlic and diced onions and season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain fat/grease.


Ground turkey now on medium heat add cream cheese and 1st jar of marinara. Stir to blend well.


On the side saute the baby spinach. Then drain excess water. Now add to meat mixture blend well now remove heat.


Next stuff the shells with the meat mixture be as generous as you like. .... (I'm your classic drowner) and place in your baking or roasting pan.


Cover the stuffed shells with remaining marinara and sprinkle pizza blend chess and the shredded parmesan. Garnish with dried parsley flakes.


Bake covered 20-30 minutes to assure all cheese melts. Enjoy.
