Ingredients baked egg meringue
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
1 dash salt
GARNISH
1 dash black pepper
how to make baked egg meringue
Separate egg yolk from egg white
Season egg white then Beat egg white till peak
Lightly butter the baking pan then add beaten egg white
Make 2 cavity then pour egg yolk onto the cavity
Bake it at 200 C or 392 Ffor about 10 minute or till top are lightly brown
