bacon cheddar mashed potatoes

Ingredients bacon cheddar mashed potatoes


5 lb Russet Potatoes
10 slice Bacon
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
1 cup Sour Cream
2 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper

how to make bacon cheddar mashed potatoes


Preheat oven to 350°F


Cook and mash potatoes


Cook bacon, drain, cool and crumble


Add sour cream, cream cheese, and butter to potatoes. Mix until smooth then stir in 2C cheese and crumbled bacon, salt and pepper. Stir until well combined.


Transfer to 3qt buttered baking dish, top with 1/2C cheese


Bake about 30 min
